Mitsidi was born to transform the energy sector, bringing together brilliant professionals and sharing knowledge to multiply positive impact. From the beginning, we have actively promoted dialogue through lectures, courses, and participation in events.

With digital acceleration, in 2020 we launched EXPANDIR, our first structured knowledge-sharing program. In 2021, we created the Energy Efficiency Symposium – Energy Brain, expanding exchanges with market experts. In 2022, we launched Sexta de Debates: Women in the Energy Sector, a milestone aligned with our purpose.

Until 2024, our events were held in virtual format, with EXPANDIR and the Symposium taking place biennially and Sexta de Debates being held annually. In 2025, we celebrated the first in-person edition of Women in the Energy Sector, in São Paulo. In 2026, the event took another step forward in its journey by holding its fifth edition (the second in person) in Rio de Janeiro, expanding its reach and further strengthening dialogue among industry professionals.
